The Agilent Mito-rOCR Assay measures mitochondrial respiration in live cells using a fluorescence plate reader. An innovative seal lid creates a semi-closed chamber and produces robust oxygen consumption measurements. A dedicated analysis module within Seahorse Analytics automates data analysis and quickly delivers functional data.
