Seahorse XF HS Mini Analyzer
The XF HS Mini analyzer is easy to set up and operate and has excellent OCR/PER precision. It is also compatible with the XF HS miniplate, which can generate robust assay signals using three times fewer cells compared to the XFp miniplate—making it good for studies when biological materials are limited.

- Multiple parameters reported from each assay well, including OCR, PER or ECAR, and ATP product rates
- Excellent OCR precision at low rates, providing confidence when working with quiescent cell types, such as naïve T cells
- High sensitivity that requires 3x fewer cells to achieve robust response, most suited for studies with limited biological materials when working together with XF HS miniplates
- Four-port injection system with automated mixing feature for assessing immediate cellular responses to substrates, inhibitors, and other compounds in real time
- Wide operation environment temperature of 4 to 30 °C, allowing the analyzer to maintain internal assay temperature of 16 to 42 °C
- Web-based analytics tool, Seahorse Analytics, for streamlined data analysis

Automatic measurement of energy metabolism in real time
Agilent Seahorse XF Analyzers measure oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) of live cells in a multi-well plate, interrogating key cellular functions such as mitochondrial respiration and glycolysis.
