InfinityLab Poroshell 120 superficially porous columns for reversed-phase liquid chromatography (LC) separations offer exceptional efficiency and reliability across a broad range of applications. These columns combine Poroshell 120 core–shell mixed-mode C18 particles with Altura hardware to deliver highly sensitive, reproducible separations of ultra-short-chain (USC), short-chain, and long-chain PFAS in a single method.
Altura Poroshell 120 PFAS columns are specifically engineered to solve ultra-short-chain PFAS challenges by providing strong retention, sharp peak shapes, and reliable separation of highly polar, anionic PFAS that are difficult to retain on conventional reversed-phase columns. For drinking water and other clean matrices, these columns enable efficient dilute-and-shoot workflows by allowing treated water samples to be injected directly—without time-consuming SPE—while still delivering excellent peak shape and sensitivity for ultra-short-chain PFAS, helping reduce sample preparation steps, consumables cost, and overall turnaround time.
