The Agilent 1290 Infinity III High-Speed Pump uses high pressure binary mixing to deliver precise ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) gradient formation and reliable solvent blending from up to two solvents. Providing pressures of up to 1300 bar and flow rates up to 5 mL/min, the pump is designed for demanding UHPLC and LC/MS workflows that require maximum performance, robustness, and reproducibility.
With an exceptionally low delay volume, this UHPLC pump enables ultrafast gradients for narrow bore applications and serves as an ideal front end for LC/MS systems used in high sensitivity analysis.
Available as a purpose built solution for per and polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) analysis, the flow path is engineered to minimize background PFAS contamination, enabling reliable PFAS testing and highly sensitive detection of PFAS contaminants in complex environmental and regulatory workflows.
The full Intelligent System Emulation Technology (ISET) range allows seamless method transfer from existing Agilent HPLC and UHPLC systems as well as instruments from other manufacturers.
