Agilent Infinity III Hybrid Multisamplers combine two powerful injection modes—classical flow-through and Agilent Feed Injection—to deliver enhanced flexibility and performance in HPLC workflows. Designed to handle challenging samples, including those with strong solvents, the Hybrid Multisampler improves peak shapes and sensitivity without requiring extra sample preparation, making it ideal for complex analyses like per‑ and polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) detection.
Agilent Feed Injection mode in Hybrid Multisamplers can mediate strong sample solvent effects by mixing HPLC sample and mobile phase directly at injection to improve peak shapes and sensitivity. By using Feed Injection mode, there is no need for extra sample preparation, and peak shapes enable easy peak integration.
With models like the 1260 and 1290 Infinity III, the Hybrid Multisampler offers high sample capacity, biocompatible and PFAS-optimized flow paths, and advanced automation features such as robotic arms and multiple solvent wash to reduce carryover. Integrated temperature control and visual drawer indicators streamline operations.
