Staying One Step Ahead in Doping Control Analysis

Sports doping is the illegal use of certain performance-enhancing drugs and blood products, including anabolic steroids, hormones, stimulants, diuretics, and beta blockers. Ensuring that sport remains fair is important to fans, sponsors and the vast majority of competitors.

Agilent is proud to help combat these threats to fair competition. We work with the laboratories of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) to develop cutting-edge methods that keep testing labs a step ahead of cheaters. More than 625 sports organizations worldwide, including the International Olympic Committee have adopted the WADA code of banned substances.

Listen to Dr. Franceso Bottri, Director of the WADA Lab in Rome describe the development of cutting edge methods using Agilent’s GC and LC chromatography coupled to our triple quadruple and time-of-flight mass spectrometers and earn how Agilent can support your lab.
