MP-AES Minerals Analysis
Carrying out accurate and efficient multi-element minerals analysis over wide dynamic range is a significant challenge for commercial laboratories in the mining and geochemical industries. Rising analysis costs, the stricter control of flammable gas usage, and the difficulty of ensuring adequate supplies of specific gases in certain geographies have all put pressure on analysts and impacted output.
Traditionally this form of multi-element analysis is often carried out using Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (FAAS), which leads to several operational limitations.
