Use Agilent AssayMAP Protein A PA50 kits to obtain monoclonal antibody (mAb) titers. Use PA50 Protein A kits to purify monoclonal and polyclonal IgGs and other Fc domain-containing molecules such as Fc fusion proteins prior to glycoanalysis. Purification can be done directly from cell culture without intermediate purification. Protein A cartridges are used in spin format and offer robust, high-throughput sample quantitation using AssayMAP technology and microchromatography in a 96-well format.
