本文建立了肝素钠和右旋糖酐药物的分子量测定方法，分别使用 Agilent Bio SEC 和 Aquagel-OH 色谱柱进行分离，以水相流动相进行洗脱，选用示差检测器进行检测，采用 Agilent GPC/SEC 软件进行计算。
