xCELLigence RTCA eSight - Imaging & Impedance

The Agilent xCELLigence RTCA eSight Software enables real-time monitoring of 3D cell culture systems, including spheroids and organoids. Researchers can continuously measure and quantify spheroid formation, growth, invasion, and shrinkage in response to treatments. Additional readouts include morphology changes, cell viability, cytotoxicity, immune cell–mediated killing, and migration or invasion metrics. These assays provide multiparametric insights by combining impedance and imaging, allowing both population-level trends and single-cell behaviors to be evaluated over time.
