ConFlat Flanges
The ConFlat flange was patented by Agilent, formerly Varian, and is now the industry standard for ultra high vacuum flanges. The flange uses a knife edge seal to bite into the gasket forming a seal suitable for UHV/XHV.
ConFlat flanges are available as either solid blanks, or bored flanges. Select from rotatable or nonrotatable flanges in either 304L or 304 ESR stainless steel.
