Venting for Turbo Pumps
The turbo pump vent valve ensures the correct and approved venting and slowing-down procedure is applied to your turbomolecular pump. In the event of the pump stopping or a power loss, the vent valve injects a defined gas flow into your turbo pump through a calibrated orifice managed by an electromagnetically operated valve.
