Ponasterone A is an analog of the insect molting hormone ecdysone. Ponasterone A is tested for the ability to induce luciferase expression, using a final concentration of 10 µM, in a Complete Control cell line transfected with the pEGSH-Luc vector. Shipped in lyophilized form on dry ice.
