Libraries are generated from as little as 50 ng of RNA in just 5 hours with minimal hands on time. These libraries maintain strand specificity while generating high complexity sequencing libraries with limited 5’ to 3’ transcript coverage bias. Libraries are compatible with Illumina sequencers.
