​​SureSelect Max DNA Library Prep Kit​

The SureSelect Max DNA library prep kit is designed to consistently generate high quality next-generation sequencing (NGS) DNA libraries across a broad range of input amounts and sample types, including FFPE and genomic DNA. This fully modular system, featuring standalone reagent components, supports a true one-day workflow from sample to enriched NGS-ready library using either enzymatic or mechanical shearing methods. By simplifying the workflow and reducing touchpoints, the kit helps laboratories reduce time commitments and sequencing costs without compromising data quality.

The SureSelect Max workflow is optimized for precapture pooling to reduce sequencing costs and also improves throughput by reducing required hands-on time. SureSelect Max builds on established library prep chemistry and integrates with Agilent QC and automation solutions for increased productivity. It is compatible with the Agilent Bravo NGS workstation and other 3rd party automation systems when scalable and reproducible library preparation is a priority.

Libraries prepared with SureSelect Max DNA kits are optimized for use with the Illumina NGS platforms and can also be used with Oxford Nanopore and PacBio long read sequencing workflows. The libraries are characterized by high uniformity and high library complexity for cost-efficient sequencing. SureSelect Max-generated DNA libraries are compatible with all Agilent target enrichment panels, including custom, Agilent Community Designs, and catalog SureSelect exome and CGP probes.
