Features

Avida Methyl 3400 DMR Cancer panel: targets approximately 3400 differentially methylated regions (DMRs). These DMRs were curated for their ability to discriminate between tumor and non-tumor DNA, aiding in the detection of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA).
Avida DNA Focused Cancer Panel: cover hotspots and exons for 14 key genes in oncology. This highly focused design enables an optimal recovery with a small amount of sequencing.
Avida DNA Expanded Cancer panel: covers 105 relevant genes in oncology. The panel’s content and size are ideal for liquid biopsy, enabling the detection of SNVs, CNVs, and translocations.
Avida DNA Discovery Cancer panel: covers more than 680 genes of interest for biomarker discovery and assessment in oncology. This panel targets key classes of somatic mutations relevant for translational research: SNVs, CNVs, and translocations.
Avida DNA Onco LB panel: targets 164 pan-cancer-associated genes (exonic regions, 26 translocations). This medium-sized panel is optimized to deliver extra sensitivity for liquid biopsy samples.
Avida DNA Onco LB Plus panel: targets 437 pan-cancer-associated genes (exonic regions, 33 translocations). This larger panel extends the Avida DNA Onco LB panel with 273 additional genes, for a more comprehensive analysis of liquid biopsy samples.
Avida DNA Lymphoma panel: targets 86 genes involved in lymphatic system cancers (exonic regions, 18 translocations). This medium-sized panel balances gene content and sequencing depth requirements for efficient sequencing of lymphoma samples.
The Avida DNA Onco LB, Onco LB Plus, and Lymphoma panels were curated based on the oncNGS Project requirements and developed as part of the oncNGS Project, which received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Program.
