Avida Cancer Custom Panels

Avida custom target enrichment probes are designed to enhance the precision and efficiency of NGS for oncology research applications by focusing on your regions of interest. These probes enable the targeted capture of specific genomic regions, allowing for detailed analysis of somatic variants and methylation profiles from low-input samples such as circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) or formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues.

Custom panels can be designed with local support for use with the Agilent Avida DNA, Methyl, and Duo Methyl reagent kits. Agilent also offers the flexibility to add additional content to each of the catalog panels already available, allowing for tailored solutions to meet specific research needs.
