Insight Series alarm resolution systems detect and identify explosive threats in liquids, aerosols, and gels (LAGs) at airport security cabin baggage screening. Most Insight system scans take place through sealed containers (ECAC Type B measurement). However, it is also possible to screen open containers by decanting a sample and conducting an ECAC Type A measurement.

Type A or small bulk measurements require a vial, vial cap, and funnel for decanting a sample into a vial. A vial holder accessory holds the vial in the correct measurement position inside an Insight system.
