Agilent Load & Lock columns with dynamic or static axial compression (DAC/SAC) are the perfect companion for InfinityLab Purification LC Solutions, achieving maximum purity and yield. Available with inner diameters of 1, 2, and 3 inches, these columns are easy to pack and deliver high performance and high throughput. Excellent bed stability and unique flow distribution facilitate highest quality purification with maximum speed, flexibility, and ease-of-use. Sample loading is 20 % higher than DAC-type columns, saving time and operating costs. Higher loadability means more material can be purified per unit time or smaller inner diameter columns can be used.
