Product Details
- The needle should be replaced when it becomes bent, burred, or blunt, or when it is leaking or plugged
- Suspect a leak if you notice a trail of buffer crystals on the needle seat
- If the sample contains particles, the needle seat can become blocked, as this is the first restriction that the sample experiences
- If this occurs, try backflushing the needle seat capillary
