Rabbit Anti-Mouse Immunoglobulins/FITC (solid-phase absorbed)
The antibody reacts with all mouse IgG subclasses, mouse IgM and mouse IgA.
The antibody has been solid-phase absorbed with human and fetal calf serum. Cross-reaction with human immunoglobulins and fetal calf serum proteins is very low as determined by ELISA, but the antibody may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species; this cross-reactivity can usually be abolished by adding 100 μL of serum from the cross-reacting species to 1 mL of antibody.
