Specificity	In Western blotting of PSA purified from seminal plasma the antibody labels bands corresponding to PSA under reducing conditions, whereas no labeling was observed under non-reducing conditions (5). Anti-PSA, Clone ER-PR-8, was included in the ISOBM TD-3 Workshop, which characterized 83 antibodies against prostate-specific antigen. The antibody was confirmed to be useful for the specific immunohistochemical labeling of PSA. The location of the epitope could not be established (6). See package insert for reference(s).
