Immunogen	IgA, IgG, IgM, kappa and lambda isolated from human serum. The product is mixture of five purified immunoglobulin fractions of rabbit antisera.
Reagent Provided	Polyclonal rabbit Anti-Human IgA, IgG, IgM, Kappa, Lambda conjugate is a mixture of five purified immunoglobulin fractions of rabbit antisera individually conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate isomer 1. Provided in liquid form in phosphate buffer containing 15 mmol/L NaN3, pH 7.2.

Specificity	The antibody mixture reacts with human IgA (α-chains), IgG (γ-chains), IgM (μ-chains), and with kappa and lambda light chains. Traces of contaminating antibodies have been removed by solid-phase absorption. In crossed immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody specificity of each of the five individual FITC-conjugates was ascertained, prior to FITC-conjugation, by testing against human plasma. Staining: Coomassie Brilliant Blue. In immunofluorescence, when tested at a dilution of 1:50-1:100, the product shows a strong staining of IgA, IgG and IgM containing plasma cells. No significant unspecific staining is observed.
