Immunogen	The C-terminal 20 kDa fragment of human chromogranin A corresponding to amino acids 210-439. The fragment has been isolated from the urine of patients with carcinoid syndrome, and was pure as shown by N-terminal amino acid analysis.

Reagent Provided	Monoclonal mouse antibody provided in liquid form as cell culture supernatant dialysed against 50 mmol/L Tris-HCl, pH 7.2, and containing 15 mmol/L NaN₃.
