Target Retrieval Solution, pH 9 (50x) (Dako Omnis) for use with MMR IHC Panel pharmDx (Dako Omnis)

Target Retrieval Solution, pH 9 (50x) (Dako Omnis) is intended for automated laboratory use in qualitative immunohistochemistry. The reagent is used for heat-induced epitope retrieval on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections on the Dako Omnis automated staining instrument. Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9. Provided as 3 x 68 mL reagent, 50x concentrated, corresponding to 225 tests. The volume is optimized for dilution in Dako Omnis bulk bottles.
