Target Retrieval Solution, pH 9 (50x) (Dako Omnis), is intended for automated laboratory use in heat-induced epitope retrieval on formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissue sections. Heat-induced epitope retrieval is performed onboard the Dako Omnis instrument prior to qualitative immunohistochemical staining on Dako Omnis.
Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9. Provided as 3 x 68 mL reagent, 50x concentrated, corresponding to 225 tests. The volume is optimized for dilution in Dako Omnis bulk bottles.
The use of Target Retrieval Solution pH 9 (50x) (Dako Omnis), Code GC309, is limited to use with IHC products that specifically reference this product in the Instructions for Use (IFUs).
