Pullulan standards are commonly used for aqueous GPC/SEC column calibration. These individual polysaccharide reference standards are available with molar masses ranging from 342 to 1,000,000 Da. Pullulan calibration kits and ReadyCal kits are also available, with molecular weights up to 1,000,000 Da.
