Embedded data analysis views transform XF data to facilitate interpretation and decision-making- The Data Quality analysis view inspects result data in every assay well, automatically flags wells that exceed thresholds for acceptable data variation and other data quality parameters, and presents these results in an interactive analysis view for the selected file
- The dose response analysis view plots a selected rate (OCR or ECAR) measurement number versus compound concentration for one or multiple titrates, to compare the effects of a compound at different doses on live cell metabolic activity
- The heat map analysis view presents OCR, ECAR, and PER data in a colored plate map layout, where color intensity within a well depends on the selected well’s deviation from the plate average for the selected measurement
- Seamless data export options to preferred graphing and analysis software programs, such as GraphPad Prism and Excel, for custom reporting and analysis
