Seahorse 2D and 3D Cell Culture Plates

Agilent Seahorse XF cell culture plates have been developed specifically for XF Analyzers to maximize the sensitivity of the sensor cartridge measurements, in order to provide valuable functional metabolic data from living cells, isolated mitochondria, islets, spheroids, organoids, and tissue models.

Seahorse XF cell culture plates are tissue culture treated for optimal adherence and growth of mammalian cells, and are supplied in individual gamma irradiated containers. Pre-coated 96-well and 8-well Poly-D-Lysine cell culture plates are also available for generating more consistent suspension cell data. 3D cell culture plates are designed for use with three-dimensional study models, including spheroids, or cell aggregates, islets, tissue, and small model organisms. For studies with precious or limited cell samples, XF HS Miniplates, compatible only with the XF HS Mini analyzer, can be used to deliver the best performance.
