Seahorse Cell Culture Plates
Seahorse XF cell culture plates have been developed specifically for XF Analyzers to maximize the sensitivity of the sensor cartridge measurements, in order to provide valuable functional metabolic data from living cells, isolated mitochondria, islets, and spheroids.
Seahorse XF cell culture plates are tissue culture treated for optimum adherence and growth of mammalian cells. They are supplied in individual gamma irradiated containers. Pre-coated 96-well and 8-well Poly-D-Lysine cell culture plates are also available for generating more consistent suspension cell data. XF HS Miniplates, compatible only with the XF HS Mini analyzer, enable the use of fewer cells per well delivering best performance when sample is limited.
