AdvanceBio 2-AB Labeled Glycan Standards and Libraries
AdvanceBio 2-AB labeled N-glycan standards and libraries are commonly used as qualitative standards for LC/FLD and LC/MS. 2-AB standards come pre-labeled with 2-AB, ready to reconstitute and inject.
The sialic acid linkage of the sialylated glycans within the 2-AB library are α(2,6) rather than the α(2,3) linkage seen in e.g. CHO glycoproteins.
