AdvanceBio Amide HILIC & Glycan Mapping Columns
AdvanceBio Amide HILIC and Glycan Mapping columns are designed and manufactured to deliver fast, high-resolution, reproducible glycan identification using hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC). Amide HILIC columns are available with 1.8 µm particles, in 100 mm and 150 mm lengths.
Agilent AdvanceBio enhanced Amide HILIC columns provide maximum separation performance for glycan analysis applications, including improved peak capacity and temperature stability compared to the legacy Glycan Mapping columns.
Two configurations of our legacy Glycan Mapping columns are available: 2.7 µm superficially porous, for high resolution and lower backpressure, and 1.8 µm for highest resolution.
