The Multiple Affinity Removal Spin Cartridge - Human 6 (standard or high-capacity) is designed to chromatographically remove six interfering high-abundance proteins from human plasma samples. They are compatible with standard benchtop microcentrifuges and luer-lok syringes.
Removal of these abundant proteins improves subsequent LC/MS and electrophoretic analysis of serum samples by effectively expanding the dynamic range of the analysis.

Features
- Eliminates approximately 85–90% of total protein (albumin, IgG, IgA, transferrin, haptoglobin, and antitrypsin) when used with the Multiple Affinity Removal System
- Serum load volume ranges between 7–10 µL per run for the standard cartridge, up to 14–16 µL for the high-capacity cartridge
- Total load volume is 200 µL (serum plus buffer)
- Minimize sample loss by utilizing our rapid, single injection protocols and optimized buffers
- Process the most plasma/serum over the column lifetime, up to 2,000 µL for the standard cartridge, 3,200 µL for the high-capacity cartridge
- Optimized for use with human serum (not recommended for use with mouse serum)
