Multiple Affinity Removal Column HSA/IgG
The Multiple Affinity Removal LC Column - Human Albumin/IgG is designed to chromatographically remove the two most interfering high-abundance proteins (albumin and IgG) from human samples (e.g., plasma, serum, urine or cerebrospinal fluid). Column is compatible with most FPLC or HPLC pumps or instruments, including the Agilent 1200/1100 instruments.
Removal of albumin and IgG improves subsequent LC/MS and electrophoretic analysis of the sample by effectively expanding the dynamic range of the analysis.
