The High Sensitivity RNA ScreenTape assay, together with the TapeStation instruments, provides automated electrophoresis and quality control (QC) of total RNA samples of low abundance down to 100 pg/µL. The assay enables quality assessment for both prokaryotic and eukaryotic samples, as well as accurate quantity assessment for eukaryotic samples, and provides information about sample integrity, sizing, and concentration.
The RNA Integrity Number equivalent (RINe), a user-independent algorithm, automatically assesses RNA degradation and ensures objective QC within RNA sequencing, microarray analysis, and quantitative RT-PCR workflows.
The ScreenTape assays are compatible with all TapeStation instruments.
