- Reliable sizing - Measure accurate and precise sizing of RNA samples from 200 to 6,000 nt using the standard method, or through 9,000 nt with the extended method
- Broad quantification range - Analyze samples of different concentrations ranging from 5 to 500 ng/µL with the RNA kit, or from 50 to 5,000 pg/µL with the HS RNA kit
- Minimized sample dilutions - Choose the kit that fits the right concentration range for your needs and thereby avoid sample dilutions
- Objective quality metrics - Determine the level of degradation of total RNA samples by the RQN ranging from 1 to 10, assess the percentage purity of mRNA samples, and calculate DV200 (the percentage of fragments larger than 200 nt) for FFPE RNA samples
- Low sample consumption - Use only 2 µL of sample to obtain accurate results
- Specific RNA analysis modes - Analyze RNA samples of different origin like eukaryotic, prokaryotic, plant, and ribodepleted RNA by selecting the corresponding method in ProSize data analysis software
