Small Fragment and NGS Kits
The Small Fragment kits cover a sizing range of 50 to 1,500 bp, making them ideal for the analysis of small fragments, cfDNA, and small RNA library sample QC. The NGS Fragment kits have a sizing range that is extended to 6,000 bp and focus on NGS library QC. The Small Fragment and NGS Fragment kits are specific for high input concentration ranges, while the HS Small Fragment and HS NGS Fragment kits are designed for a lower concentration range.

- High and standard sensitivity – Detect DNA fragments in the concentration range of 0.1 to 10 ng/µL with the NGS and Small Fragment kits, while the HS NGS and HS Small Fragment kits allow a lower concentration range of 5 to 500 pg/µL
- Wide smear concentration range – Analyze smears in the concentration range of 5 to 100 ng/µL with the NGS and Small Fragment kits, and a lower concentration sample of 50 to 5,000 pg/µL with the HS NGS and HS Small Fragment kits
- Reliable sizing – Provide accurate and precise sizing for wide size range of DNA fragments and smears, covering 50 to 1,500 bp with the Small Fragment kits and 100 to 6,000 bp with the NGS kits
- Specific sizing ranges - The Small Fragment kits have a sizing range of 50 to 1,500 bp, while the NGS kits cover 100 to 6,000 bp, ensuring accurate sizing for specific applications
