- Broad DNA Fragment Concentration Range - Analyze DNA fragments in the concentration range of 0.1 to 10 ng/µL with the Large Fragment kit and a lower range of 5 to 600 pg/µL for the HS Large Fragment kit
- Wide DNA Smear Analysis Range - Quantify DNA smears of 5 to 100 ng/µL with the Large Fragment kit and allow a lower concentration range of 50 to 5000 pg/µL for the HS Large Fragment kit
- Low Sample Volume - Require only 2 µL of sample minimizing sample loss to QC steps
