SPME 纤维头
固相微萃取 (SPME) 是一种无需溶剂的样品前处理技术。根据吸附或吸收以及解吸原理，SPME 使用带涂层的纤维头或 Arrow 来浓缩样品中的挥发性和半挥发性化合物。在 SPME 中，分析物在样品基质、样品上方的顶空和聚合物涂层熔融相之间建立平衡。SPME萃取分为两类：顶空（最常见）和直接浸入 (DI)，后者是将 SPME 纤维头或 Arrow 浸入水性样品中（特定应用）。
