细胞阻抗技术说明
细胞阻抗分析的功能单元是一组嵌入微孔板底面的微金电极。当浸入导电溶液（如缓冲液或标准组织培养基）中时，在这些电极间施加电压会使电子离开负极、流经细胞或培养基，然后回到正极形成完整电回路。
