Oligo Pro II 系统有 3 种毛细管阵列，12、24 和 96 毛细管阵列长型，用于采用 Oligo Pro 试剂的分析。三者的分离长度或有效长度均为 55 cm，总长度为 80 cm。12 平行毛细管阵列是低通量的理想选择，而 24 和 96 专为中高通量实验室设计。
