利用生物分析仪 DNA 分析解决方案进行高度精准的 DNA 电泳。与 2100 生物分析仪配套使用时，DNA 试剂盒可对新一代测序文库和高分辨率多重 PCR 反应进行分析，精确测定所有 DNA 片段和弥散条带的分子量和浓度。宽线性动态范围可检测 PCR 纯化产物中的小分子杂质。
除对新一代测序 (NGS) 文库进行样品质量控制外，生物分析仪 DNA 分析还可用于其他研究应用，包括 PCR 扩增子分析、多重 PCR 扩增子分析、通过 RT-PCR 的基因表达分析、限制性片段分析，以及在基因编辑研究中检测靶向切割。
