Introduction is a hands-on system walk-through of the system fundamentals by an Agilent expert, ultimately the first step in becoming productive with the new system.

Experts do a thorough walk-through and overview of the entire system, including instrument and software, to inform the customer about the foundations of how to operate the system. The Agilent Expert delivers a hands-on and collaborative demonstration, including a live Q/A, and provides recommendations on general maintenance and additional Agilent products.
