Chromium Speciation Kit

The Agilent chromium speciation kit delivers fast, routine separation of Cr(III) and Cr(VI) at low levels in drinking water, using LC(IC)-ICP-MS. The kit provides a proven ion exchange separation with Agilent LC coupled to Agilent ICP-MS systems.

Features

Separation and analysis of both Cr(III) and Cr(VI) at low ng/L levels within 3 minutes.
Reliable peak separation and accurate quantification of Cr species, even in high matrix water samples.
Low level, interference-free Cr analysis is provided by the standard helium (He) mode of the Agilent ICP-MS systems. Cr background is minimized by the metal-free sample path of the LC bio-compatibility kit or the use of BioInert LC 1260 modules.
Direct control of the Agilent 1260 LC(IC), and integrated, sample analysis and data processing with the ICP-MS MassHunter Workstation and Plasma Chromatographic software.
Complete, proven speciation solution includes Handbook, LC-ICP-MS Connection Kit and column for Cr speciation in water.
The Cr Speciation Kit can be used for separation and quantification of both Cr(III) and Cr(VI), or for ultra-low level analysis of Cr(VI) alone.
