Polyclonal Rabbit Anti-Human Fibrinogen is intended for the quantitative determination of fibrinogen in human sample material by turbidimetry and nephelometry. The sample is mixed with the antibody solution. The resulting immune complexes are measured by turbidimetry or nephelometry. The signal generated is correlated with the concentration of fibrinogen in the sample. By interpolation on a standard curve the concentration of fibrinogen in the sample is calculated.
The measuring range is approximately 0.5-11 g/L depending on the specific lot of the calibrator and the Application Note used.
