IgM, Specific for Mu-Chains/HRP (Multipurpose)

Intended for the determination of human IgM in ELISA and immunoblotting. Additionally, the conjugate can be for used in immunocytochemistry when IgM is abundant. For sensitive detection of IgM in tissues, Dako Polyclonal Rabbit Anti-Human IgM, combined with EnVision+ visualization systems is recommended.

The antibody used for horseradish peroxidase conjugation reacts with the mu-chains of human IgM. Traces of contaminating antibodies have been removed by solid-phase absorption. Cross-reaction with IgM from other species may occur.
