Rabbit Anti-Goat Immunoglobulins/HRP

Secondary antibody intended for use in manual ELISA procedures, to quantitatively detect primary goat immunoglobulins coupled to human target antigen in peripheral blood samples. The presence of the target antigen in the sample is quantified based on the HRP-catalyzed conversion of a detectable substrate.

This reagent is the purified immunoglobulin fraction of rabbit antiserum conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) of very high specific enzymatic activity.

The antibody used for conjugation reacts with goat immunoglobulins of all classes.
