Goat Anti-Mouse Immunoglobulins/HRP (affinity isolated)

Secondary antibody intended for use in manual ELISA procedures, to quantitatively detect primary mouse immunoglobulins coupled to human target antigen in peripheral blood samples. The presence of the target antigen in the sample is quantified based on the HRP-catalyzed conversion of a detectable substrate.

The reagent is affinity-isolated goat antibody conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) of very high specific enzymatic activity.

The antibody used for conjugation reacts with all mouse IgG subclasses, mouse IgA and mouse IgM.
