CD54

Anti-human CD54 antibodies. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of of cellular activation by cytokines.

CD54 is widely expressed on many cell types, although the degree of expression by unstimulated resting cells varies. As a cellular activation antigen the expression of CD54 is up-regulated upon cell activation, being induced particularly in response to cytokines such as interleukin-1, tumour necrosis factor and interferon-γ.
