qPCR Brilliant III SYBR Master Mix
The Brilliant III qPCR SYBR master mix includes the components necessary to carry out the fastest and most sensitive PCR amplification in one tube and one buffer within the Agilent qPCR range. Brilliant kits show consistently high performance with SYBR. The kit has been successfully used to amplify and detect high- and low-abundance RNA targets, from experimental samples including total RNA, poly(A)+, and synthetic RNA.
