The AriaMx PCR System includes powerful High Resolution Melt (HRM) analysis software suitable for genotyping and a range of other research applications. The software package helps you to develop a more efficient genomics workflow and works with the standard AriaMx setup.
The AriaMx HRM QPCR Software uses fast scanning capabilities and an algorithm that interpolates the maximum Tm peak value instead of the highest melt peak value. This ensures that the system can gain accurate HRM results from a single scan. It is also possible to save and re-use existing experiment setups.
